8/17/14 - Mid-Month report
This report is gonna be really skimp because I'vebeen dealing with alot the past couple of days. Didn't upload a single video or do much downloading. Hopefully I get my mind right & get back to work. I will, however, stay dedicated to updating every 5 days for my earnings.

Earnings are definitely way low for this to be a mid-month mark......RPM has been low ever since July 1st & hasn't fully recovered yet.

Adsense Journey (8/13/14)
8/13/14 Update:
Over the past 5 days I've been collecting new things to upload. I'll spend the next 5 days encoding videos & preparing them for upload. Thats basically it. It's a mean repeating process of gathering the goods then preparing/encoding the vids then uploading. Rinse, wash & repeat. I know there's an automated way to upload videos but I feel much safer doing it all manually. Besides its not tough work.

As you can tell.....as in July, earnings are coming in slowly.

Adsense Journey (8/8/14)
Ok...so I'm gonna try something new....I'm gonna put out an update every 5 days that youtube reports. That'll keep me wanting to have some progress on this long journey. Not that I need motivation, but it'll keep me organized & focused. I've been on an uploading frenzy and somewhere one of my videos must've caught fire because my earnings are up for yesterday. I won't be able to pinpoint exactly which one until my next update but at least I have a positive mark after a month of low earnings in July. My earnings haven't fully recovered in August but this uptick in views/clicks should do me some good. Upload, Upload, Upload!

Adsense Journey (3/26/14)
3/26/14:
Coming to close out on another month. I've learned a lot about how to properly put my plans into motion. School is the only thing in my way right now. Graduation is right around the corner though so I can grind it out.138 videos went up yesterday, most of which went up without anyword from 3rd party matches. So thats a good sign. Its getting warmer so there should be some quality music coming out soon. "Summer anthems" we call them. I'll continue trying to see what I need to do to up my RPM. Sitting at around $3-$3.50. I'd like to be around $5 for now.

Adsense Journey (3/19/14)

Wasn't expecting many uploads to be made. But here we are, 101 uploads later, with more on the way later today. I've acquired a new adsense account. Once these new channels have aged a few weeks I'll begin linking them to the new account. In the meantime I think I will research why my numbers are "low". Also I've started going through all my previously uploaded videos & started doing some SEO on the title tags & description. I was very tempted to stuff because most of the top videos in my niche are stuffed out with repeat keywords. Bleh..... Also.....applied to have non-skippable ads on my channels. Hopefully that can be enabled within the next 7-10 days for me.

Been real busy at school and work so I haven't had the opportunity to make as many videos as I wanted. After I finish my project I should be able to do more....new songs coming out soon so until my next mass upload I'll be gathering music. I've also began to start going back on all my old videos and re-doing the SEO on them.

Adsense Journey (3/11/14)

I now have 4 channels that continue to net a consistent amount per day. Channel 1 is still the only one close to $3/day. The other 3 are $1/day & less. I'll be increasing their content over the coming days. What I'm also gonna be doing likely while uploading videos to the existing channels is niche research. I want 6 more channels so I'll try & find 6 niches to experiment with.

Channel 4: $0.37

Adsense Journey (3/10/14)

Finally back & refreshed from Spring Break down in Panama City Beach, FL. Awesome time if I do say so myself. Today I'll be uploading around 100 videos to make up from lost time. Also researching different niches I can start new channels with.
March 1st-7th Earnings:
Channel 1: $22.31
Channel 2: $4.15
Channel 3: $5.14
Channel 4: $0.03
Like I said in the past....My "goal" is to try and make around 10 channels each averaging $3/day. Some will probably net more...some less.....but its just an average I'd like to have coming in on the daily. Stay tuned....this will be a busy month for me.

Adsense Journey -- February WrapUp (3/2/14)
3/2/2014:
Finally have my new music channel up to speed. Now I'm just waiting to see how to channel grows natually for a few days. I think one major thing I'm missing is the tags/description. When I see my competitors, they're description is full of simply the title "Song Artist/Song Name" is the description copied over 3-5 times. Idk how exactly I'm going to beat that in most cases without actually replicating what they do. Maybe I'll use the new channel to test that theory. Hmmmmmm
I'm just gonna wait til the stats from 2/28/14 come out to post my stats for the month of February. In the mean time, I have to pack for my lil Spring Break to Panama City Beach. Might upload 100 videos before I leave tomorrow night. We'll see....Peace!

Ok Just posting my stats for the month. On the way to meeting my goal......A "mini-goal" is to out-gain the previous month. So I hope everyone makes more in March than they did in February.

Spending the early part of the morning catching my new channel up to speed. Right now 82 videos are in line to be uploaded. Once those are finished I shall continue searching the internet for possible videos to make in the less established channels so I can get them rolling. Be Back with stats a little later.

Adsense Journey (2/27/14)

Uploaded 57 videos to my question that must be under G's microscope because only about 10 made it without catching the "Needs more information" block. I'll still continue to upload to that channel because its already making just under $1/day but I've decided to start another PVA and hopefully it'll catch traction in a week or 2. "Channel 4" is currently having about 100 videos uploaded to it right now....half way done and it appears that they're gonna be just fine. In the meantime I wanna do some research on some other method/journey. This journey here is one that requires patience because its the slowest of slow money with the unpredictability of yt adsense so maybe I'll read up on PPI or PPD.....

Adsense Journey (2/26/14)

Morning people. Right now I'm in the process of creating more videos for upload later. Such a long process but it'll be worth it. I'm thinking about starting a new "music" channel that's fairly new...about 3 months to see if everything I upload there will be given the grey "!". Hmmm.....25-50 videos should be ok for today. But some new music just came out so that number may increase depending on what else I need to do for my senior design project.. (anyone here good with MATLAB? lol

My Adsense Journey.... (2/25/14)
Today I've decided to start logging a journey that's been a personal
project in progress for some years now. There have been many ups and
downs but hopefully I can find some stability using some techniques I've
learned lurking around on this site. My method is mass uploading to
several different youtube channels all linked to a single adsense
account. While this may sound very risky I've been doing it for a few
years now with only a couple channels deleted and my adsense remained in
tact. Keeping a journal will also help me keep track of all the
channels I have as they are quite a few in number. Everything I do as
far as channel growth will be strictly natural. Hopefully I can grow a
couple channels to about $3/day a piece to start. That will in turn give
me my $30/day goal and I can go/grow from there.
Stay turned...I'll be posting more & more details after this class. [Electrical Engineering is such a time-consuming major]
For this journey I'll be reporting my daily totals as yt reports them. With that said...there will be a delay because yt is slow like that. But I'll do my best to keep this thing as updated as humanly possible. Hopefully you all will follow.

Right now I have 8 channels connected to a single adsense. For this journey I'll be only reporting the ones that are stable in income. I'm kinda reluctant on starting new channels with new emails. Don't know how yt/big G are gonna react now that they've made all the new changes.
Uploaded 56 videos to 2 channels (Both channels have same niche/essentially same channel type just 2 diff channels). One channel almost all of the videos uploaded immediately caught the "!" monetization mark. No Bueno. Why is it that it happens for one channel & it passed through on the other more establised/older channel? Maybe thats my answer there. I'll be uploading more videos as the week progresses.
